1989 F reg Kanguro - NOW SOLD

Post by Coxey »

With the onset of a particularly nasty surprise bill I've reluctantly decided to see if my dear old Kanguro is worth selling.

It's a late X3 that over the years has had a fair bit spent on it including a new Hagon shock, stainless silencers, and recent new battery. I've probably owned this bike for over 15 years but in the last few a lack of time and a house move has meant that it's been on a SORN for several years

If someone tells me how then I'll stick some pictures up to give you a better idea of what's on offer.

Thanks

Rob

ps i am a riders club member and to even consider selling my bike is a huge step!

Hello Rob! I can't get on with posting pictures on forums either  everyone else will say it's a easy as posting an image on faceache, but it ain't. I can do that. How about you offer to email pics to anyone interested? Also worth mentioning if you are still accepting payment in used BMW's, not that I have any right now....
All donations to the rest home for old Camels, Leicestershire.

If you want me to put them up drop me a pm.

The best way I find is to make yourself a Photobucket account. Very easy to do and free. Once you have done this you upload pictures to Photobucket (it has a simple click to upload button) then click on the photo you want. Then you click on the get links and select the one with img, copy and paste to your forum reply.

Nice, unfortunately distance (and reality) are too much to factor in. BTW - I had an X2 (well, 2 over time) and a KRS (with fairing  )

Wow, for some reason I expected it to have round frame tubes. When did they switch to the square-section cradle?

The X3 models had square tubes and large tanks. This is frame number 3800 which makes it a very late one from what i can gather 8)
