The mounting frames can be fitted semi-permanently in minutes and left in-situ. These frames are pretty unobtrusive.
The wider pannier racks are then attached when the panniers are needed, these racks fit to the bike-mounted frames with 3 Dzus-type allen bolts, per side, in seconds. The panniers mount, again, in seconds and are locked on.
