501 excalibur
501 excalibur
This has been for sale for some time now at €1000 with no takers. A bit too far for me to travel (and I'm being tempted by something big and green with sticky-out cylinders...)
Could be of interest to someone?

I owned one and it rode really well. But you don't see it when riding. Best thing I did was put the engine in a Strada frame!

Let's just say they had a certain...je ne sais quoi. I rebuilt one. Rode it. Sold it.
Never took one picture of it the whole time l owned it - which probably speaks volumes.

I had one briefly, the first time my wife saw it, she said, "it looks like it was made by a drunk bloke from old car parts" couldn't have put it better myself.
However I have now got a New York, which is when he had started to sober up a little bit, not much mind.
