Sport Badge?

Post by Vitesse »

Well after a 680 mile round trip I now have a Morini in the garage. Unfortunately one trailer mudguard jumped ship but perhaps more annoyingly so did the Sport badge from the top yoke. Don't suppose anyone has a spare or knows where these can be obtained from?

The dog was also put down whilst I was away so not the greatest of days!

Congratulations on the acquisition, but shame, shame and shame for the losses. Here's the result of a quick Google though: http://www.morinibadges.com/products.html

Thanks. Good find (odd I didn't see that when I Googled) but quite expensive and in New Zealand!

Try Mdina. NLM had pattern and used ones. Don't forget the clips!

You can get new ones made of metal from here:

I have a plastic one:

The red needs a bit of a touch up, the pins are damaged as well.

PM me if you are interested.

They are in NZ but all of us here have been buying our parts from the UK and Italy for years, so it's only right some of the traffic comes the other way ;)

And Malcolm's badges are of extremely good, heavy-weight quality so not comparable at all with the originals.

No slight intended but the bike isn't original or shiny enough to justify a new and immaculate badge. It would look out of place. A slightly weary original one is more in keeping.
