Restoring a Moto Morini Moto Sei V AT

Post by Angelo »

These days I found (not in a barn... simply it was in a garage) and purchased this 1981 Moto Morini Sei V AT and bought it.
The previous owner had made some changes to the front end and I want to restore it to its original condition.
In order to operate properly, I need the help of some owner of a similar motorcycle who wants to publish / email me some detailed pictures of his bike, in which the whole front end, including the handlebars joints, are specifically and clearly visible.
Now I'm waiting for some "goodwilling owner" ...

The handlebar width of this 500 6V AT is 81cm (about 32 in), the handlebar width of my 500W Strada is 70 cm (about 28 in).
The 11 cm in more feel a lot!

The motorcycle as I found it.
Definitely the motorcycle had a crash and the front mudguard, which has been deformed, has been repainted without correcting its bad shape.

Probably not much help, but look at the 500SEI-V AS and AT brochures.
