In fact I lent the bike to a pal last night who declared the bike almost unrideable - which I guess says more for my being used to riding ghastly old clunkers (which he is not) than either my spannering skills or indeed the design/installation of this clutch. In fact when rolling to a halt I find I've more chance of getting neutral with the clutch out rather than having the lever pulled in. And once under way I've taken to mashing my way up and down the box without recourse to the clutch at all. And I'm still finding a substantial difference in clutch cable free play between the bike being hot and cold. Ho hum.
