175 Turismo valve timing

Am progressing with engine work on my 175 Turismo.
Does anyone have valve timing info for this type of engine, including the valve clearances to be used for checking this please ?
My (indelible ?) marking system has failed on the pushrods : I assume I'm correct in thinking that the exhaust pushrod is longer than the inlet pushrod ? And the inlet pushrod lodges in the inner camfollower i.e. the camfollower nearest the piston ? Rather vital (if basic !) info needed here please !
Thanks in advance. J.
