Have you tried NLM? They have to be your best bet.

The exhaust half rings: do you have a friend with a lathe who could make them for you?

I have a lathe and would have made them if absolutely necessary. But, fortunately I found them on ebay, being sold by Herdan Corp., the Morini importer for the US "back in the day". Only $6.36 each - it would have cost more to make them. Herdan Corp. is selling under the name "dellortousa".
