Re: Bike lift

Hi folks Much as I love the Corsaro, balancing the bike on a V-shaped sump whilst knocking the head races out of the frame is a precarious prospect indeed. Where did you manage to locate the axle stands please Mickey? Cheers Gary PS Abba seemed to have a "can't be arsed" attitude toward th...

PARTS CATALOGUE/CD ROM

Hi all Does anyone know of a source for a parts list (with illustrations) for the Corsaro? Ordering parts is understandably proving difficult as the familiarity with the Corsaro simply isn't as great at NLM. It'd be great to just quote them part numbers to place on order at the factory. Thanks for a...

Bike lift

Morning all! Has anyone invested in a lift for their Corsaro? I'm looking to replace the head bearings soon & need a lift that allows access to this area & the front suspension at large. I've spoken to Abba but they don't have an application that suits. Any other thoughts (particularly from ...

Re: NLM up for sale?

All thoroughly understandable & pragmatic stuff. Whatever the outcome from these various scenarios are, good old free market capitalism (not a political point folks!) will doubtless keep the spares side alive.

Hi Steve. You've been a great support throughout my first Morini restoration & my thanks (yet again) for another kind offer of assistance. I hope to exit this restoration a wiser guy & always tend to learn more through thinking things through until: a/having a breakthrough, or b/having a bre...

Re: Best source for crimps, strippers & wiring bits & bobs

Hi George & Harry Many thanks for your extra valuable input. I'm a real electrophobe, but feel you're right about the terrible excess electrics on these bikes. I need to learn up & sharpen up in order to set this right. It'll easily be my biggest challenge in getting the bike sorted. However...

Best source for crimps, strippers & wiring bits & bobs

Hi Does anyone have some good advice on rewiring my 500? Is it best to crimp and solder, or is crimping alone adequate? I also need to get some crimpers, terminals & wiring. Anyone able to help with good sources for these please? Many thanks Gary PS Please note that I'm also posting this on the ...
