Well I have made a start

No just a 5mm Allen keys and a 17mm spannerto remove the starter shoes plus the chain , the starter shoes can be a bit tricky the center bolt is 17mm with a flat in the middle to hold the shaft when undoing the nut , some people make up a spacer for the bottem left bolt so you dont danage the casing...

Well I have managed to get my machining relation who does quite a few replica parts for Morinis to make me a petrol cap , must say he has impressed me again.

Just collecting the parts for the cafe racer special I am planing to build ,trying to keep it in the original era , has any one fitted a box section swing arm off any other the models , always could go the rear disc route as I have a 500 rear wheel minus a disc ?…
