Hi all, I urgently need a replacement stator for my 500, which is proving difficult to source. I understand that the stator from a 250 or 350 can also be used, with a wiring mod. I'd be grateful if anyone out there is able to help! Thanks for any feedback.

Hi Nick, thanks to your advice I have now spoken with Paul at Powerhouse, and they certainly appear to be knowledgeable and most cooperative. I'm sending them my caliper for inspection, and look forward to their guidance. This forum is most useful for this kind of help! Much appreciated.

Has anyone ever fitted this '350 style' round-tail single seat (photo attached) to a 500? Obviously, you would need to remove the 500 tail piece. I've just removed my Grimeca calipers- is it OK to split the calipers to aid rebuild? I recall reading somewhere that generally, splitting should be avoided, however it would very much simplify the task of getting the corroded pistons out, cleaning etc if I were to split them. Thanks for any guidance!

Does anyone have any experience in replacing their speedo and tachometer with a new type replica GPS speedo and matching tacho? There are many advertised online, and some look 'period' correct (at a glance at least) for the Morini. Ideally, these would fit into the standard Morini mounts with rubber...

Both my speedo and rev counter have badly faded dials. Does anyone know whether it is possible to source replacement dials, as part of the refurbishment process? I know that screen printed dials are available for certain classic car gauges.
