ride out
Good ride out to the ride in day at the classic motor hub Bibury. Over 400 bikes. Sadly the only morini there old or new. Bike ran great. Carburation is now spot on. Cruises at 70 mph (on the speedo :) and ticks over beautifully at traffic lights and junctions etc. 400 miles since it was put back on...

Fitted everything back on bike and the starter now works at treat!! I am none the wiser as to why the starter stopped workin...

Bike got better and better especially on the way back on the dual carriageway at average 70mph. When the bike stopped it wouldnt star...

Re: What`s your other bike ?
Had similar problem. Turned out the brushes in the motor had seized up so not able to move backwards and forwards in the holders. Strip motor down and Clean up with a good degreaser and spray with silicone oil. Its not flammable. If using wd40 let it dry before spinning motor or you could get flames...

Re: What`s your other bike ?
Sold a bsa and bought this new Enfield Interceptor in the summer. Great bike. Use the morini for classic meets and the enfield for longer journeys. Swapping left and right gear changes is interesting for the first couple of minutes but I get used to it very quickly now.

Hi the part number is 20.01.50 and 20.01.50u for secondhand parts. Unfortunately MedinaItalia doesnt seem to have any at the moment but please check for yourself.
There was a complete set on ebay a while ago but they were described differently and I only saw them looking for something else.
