Re: Engine warning light
please clarify - Sorry but i am confused. If I take the GP into a ducati dealership (nearest to me that will have the kit is also Apprilia and MotoGuzzi and used to be Benelli and Moto Morini) will they be able to read the fault codes, clear/reset the engine warnign light and re-set the TPS without ...

Re: Engine warning light
I called 3X and they confirmed there is no way to read the fault codes in the same way as on the Corsaro. A Ducati data capture/system is needed. So I suppose I need to get the GP booked in at the local Ducati dealer .... Unless this is pointless because the fault codes are not stored on the GP?.. l...

Re: GP - high speed wobble - any cures?
OK so I have tried various screen angles and yes there is some improvement by lowering the screen.
fully uright its 115 it starts a violent wobble to fully lowered is maybe 125 - yet there is still more to come form the engine.
So whats the solution?

Re: GP FIRST RIDE QUESTIONS
Just back form a 500 mile round trip to BSB at Snet myself on Sunday! For the first time in GP ownership the bike was cutting out when on engine overrun coming into junctions ... probably happend 8 or 10 times so I have to manualy keep the throttle open a tad to be sure the rpm is higher. What is th...

Re: Bad Vibrations 4500-6000rpm
Can you describe the vibration better? - I ran my GP to Sneterton and back 500miles on Sunday and I also notice thet there seems to be a vibration in the 4-6,000 region that feels as if the bike is on "shell grip" surface. I checked when on a smooth surface and the vibration is still there...

Re: GP - high speed wobble - any cures?
I'll be out on Sunday (if its not raining too much) and will try the screen lowered and find myself a "private" road to do some speed trials. Ive had a Corsaro and saw 157 on the clock (GPS checked) on the autobahn back form the Nurenburg ring. It was de-cat and mapped by Alex at Maniac Mo...

Re: FL - fuel level indicator- should this work?

Re: GP FIRST RIDE QUESTIONS
Gedge - the FL must be "fuel level" as when I use the heated grips I get a second set of indicator bars above the "FL" to show the level of heat in the grips.
I just dont get the FL bars to change as the fuel level drops ... so is ther no fuel gauge on a GP?

FL - fuel level indicator- should this work?
Has anyone got a "FL" fuel level working on the display. Mine just stays with the same number of bars illuminated until the low fuel warning light comes in! Is their no working fuel gauge on the GP?

Re: GP - high speed wobble - any cures?
OK so it might not be just me and my bike - good(?) to hear.... anyone elso wound a GP up and got the same. I cant beleive though theat the motoring press didnt ragg the GP when it was launched and report any instability at 120+ though. I've owned a BMW 1200GS and this was OK all the way up to its c...

Re: Engine warning light
yep - agree. if its got fluids and isnt making any odd sounds its OK. If the light persists then ill have to get to NLM to get it on the diagnostics.
Is it worth picking up the dash thats on eBay from 3X - is the "brain" for the GP in the dash?

Engine warning light
On my way back from WSBK at Dinington Pk on Sunday my GP showed the orange engine warning light 20min into the trip on the M1. I slowed and pulled into the first services and let the bike cool whilst I had a coffe. Re started after 1/2hr with no light and was OK for 5 min. This time I ignored it and...
