Bison beat me to it, I had that after the rebuild of my Strada, it only kicked in at higher frequency and took a fair bit of padding to resolve. But scared the sh*t out of me on the first proper run.

This is a trivial one, but I like the original quick-release "Jubilee Clips" used one the carbs. I have searched the web and not found a source to buy, I know Paul C. posted a pic a while ago, I did a reverse image search to no avail. Any steers?

Yes, speedy cables do great work but be prepared to wait! speedy they're not.... Guess they're in demand.

Just a thought but are the slides in the right way round? I seem to recall one of the exploded diagrams showing them the wrong way.
