Re: Replacement Stepper Motor
I am running a Power Commander 3 and recently had the bike dynoed as it was running way too rich. Prior to the dyno it was running at 10lts/100km and post dyno it is now 6lts/100km so vast improvement with the added benefit that the bike doesn't constantly have a petrol smell. Based on what I have s...

Re: Replacement Stepper Motor
Hi Morini Tom, I had already used JPDiag to re-set the TPS and that didn't fix the issue. Just to add some more confusion to the mix, I had a spare ECU that came with the bike so I installed it and the bike is now idling at 1400 so not sure why that would have made any difference but I'll be taking ...

Re: Replacement Stepper Motor
Update - assuming it was a faulty stepper motor I was able to source a second hand one from the UK and it arrived today (Aus$550, ouch!). Fitted the replacement stepper motor and to my dismay the problem still exists i.e. bike still idling way too high at 2000+. Same situation as before whereby if I...

Re: Replacement Stepper Motor
Re removing the stepper motor from the injector frame it's just 2 torx head screws so not difficult. My understanding is that it's not possible to remove the actual stepper motor from the casing but would be interested if anyone has successfully done that.

Re: Replacement Stepper Motor
The OEM unit is marked as IB06/00 and S3496. I believe that the same units are used on some Ducati's. As part of the test yesterday I took off the air box cover, started the bike whilst is was hot and it immediately went to 2000+ idle. I then placed my finger over the stepper motor breather and the ...

Replacement Stepper Motor
Hi all,
I have a 2008 Corsaro Veloce that has an erratic idle and I suspect the stepper motor is the cause. I have removed and cleaned it but still running erratically. Does anyone know whether you can purchase a replacement stepper motor separate from the injector frame?

Lambda sensor replacement
Hi all, long time no post. I am looking for a replacement lambda sensor for a 2008 Corsaro Veloce. Haven't had any luck sourcing a OEM NGK OZA591-BB2 which appear to be no longer available. Thought I had sourced an alternative from an Italian supplier that listed it as suitable for my bike (4 pin la...

Fuel cap diagram
Hi all,
In the process of chasing a issue with the fuel tank breather I (stupidly) disassembled the fuel cap and as is always the case, I now have a small spring, stainless ball and small flat washer but no idea what the assembly should look like. Does anyone have a diagram of the fuel cap assembly?

Re: Parts
Forgot to mention that when I was getting my kit the factory did inform me that they were happy to supply via any licensed bike shop so if you know someone they may be able to do this for you. Phil from Central Coast Motorcycles is a MM fanatic so worth a shot.

Re: Parts
Hi John, I was the guy who got the parts directly from the factory so in the absence of a local dealer I 'm not sure why they wouldn't do the same for you. Worth noting that the kit is an upgrade due to a larger spec chain i.e. includes the sprockets and tensioner. As a side note a few years ago I w...

Engine cases
Hi all,
The engine cases of my 08 Veloce are looking a little tired with some staining and discolouration and was wondering whether anyone had any thoughts on on the best/safest method to clean them up?

Ordered one from amore moto uk and when it arrived the poly edges were broken in the packaging! Returned to Ben and replaced so all good.
