Been busy with my project Benelli 125 turismo with Morini 125 Corsaro engine.It's now bored out to 149cc and have done some other mods mainly to do with the rear wheel and mudguard/tail light.There's another video now on youtube,look up my youtube name morini500dave.

I do remember having to wind the spring a little,but can't remember by how much,as the spring was in tention it look me a few attemptsto get the asssembly and cover back on to the engine without the lot springing apart!

Hi,the valve clearence should be 0.1 mm the manual is wrong,at 1.0mm you'll have a highly rattlely engine!
