Thank you to our club merchandise team. The Viton diphragm arrived today and is now fitted. I now have a 48 year old electric fuel tap that actually works
well worth the 38 quid plus P&P.

Strangely enough, my 3 1/2 Sport/Strada had a similar arrangement to the American import that was a home brew version done by a previous owner who was a right lower leg amputee. The difference being that both the foot brake and gear change were on the left with the footbrake pedal suitably cut down ...

After owning my 3 1/2 since 2012, I have finally bit the bullet and purchased a new viton diaphragm for the electric fuel tap that I removed yonks ago cos it stopped working. I checked to see if I got 47 - 50 Ohms resistance from the solenoid and have been rewarded by a reading of 48.7 Ohms so itâ ...
