Just a reminder that pre-booking for the Chairman’s run is now open.

Saturday 6th May

We will have our own area to park up and display at Brooklands and access to the whole museum.

We are asking you to pre book with us to help planning and so we can pre buy a sufficient number of tickets.

Just a bit more info as we near the date:

You are cordially invited to the Chairmans run on 6th May 2023 from 10am at:

Brooklands Museum, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0SL

There will be a meet up beforehand at 9am followed by a ride-in from St Andrews Church Downside Bridge Road, KT11 3EJ

Look for the Morini by the entrance to the Church on the bend in Downside Bridge Road, There will be tea and coffee for everyone and the church will be open if people want to look around. Mike has offered to bless the bikes in the carpark at 9:40 before heading to Brooklands.

Pre booking with the Morini Riders Club at the link below is essential so that you can join our group parking area at Brooklands at the bottom of the finishing straight. The club is also subsidising the cost of entrace so you get a bit of a discount too

Anyone who is a member of the British Motorcycle Charitable Trust gets a 50% discount on admission to Brooklands (plus discounted or free admission to 17 other museums too!)

It is with great regret that we have to cancel the Chairman’s run on 6th May.

Brooklands have contacted us to inform us that due to a lack of volunteer staff they are unable to open on that day.

I can only apologise for the short notice and I am as disappointed as I am sure you are.

We will look to reschedule for an alternative date in the future
