MRC AGM and Chairman’s run 2024

Post by morini_tom »

The club’s 2024 AGM will be combined with the Chairmans run on 7th September 2024.

It will be from 10 am at: Brooklands Museum, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0SL

Pre booking with the Morini Riders Club at the link below is essential so that you can gain access to the AGM room and join our group parking area at Brooklands at the bottom of the finishing straight.

The club is also subsidising the cost of entrace so you get a bit of a discount too

The cost for the chairmans run will be £25. This includes museum entry and lunch

For those wishing to attend the AGM only, there will be no charge but note that lunch will not be included and you will not be permitted to access the rest of the museum

Booking now open on the website:

Just a reminder, if you've not booked for the chairman's run and AGM yet to do so- It is shaping up to be a really enjoyable day, and the AGM will be sufficiently brief to allow you plenty of time to explore the museum afterwards.

Don't forget, you need to book with the Morini Riders Club in advance- this will grant you access to the AGM room and Morini dedicated parking area inside the museum

if you buy the £25 chairmans run ticket from us then you will also gain access to the full museum and our buffet lunch (no need to pay museum entry on the gate)

As per Toms' notes above and the reminder in ATG.

Entrance is via the Brooklands Gate - this site plan might help - it's number 2 on the plan!

Good riding, CC

Clarification-

The entrance for Morini Club attendees will be the Campbell Gate

The Campbell gate is the opposite side of the site to the normal entrances.

WhatThreeWords: after.loaded.today

The turning off the B374 is at: noisy.fades.asks

We will try to get a Morini or some banners somewhere to mark the turning or the entrance, and there will be a familiar club face on the gate to welcome you.

Looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday
