I’m looking forward to our next event, the annual MRC Meal also known as Pie Night at Sweeney’s in Reading. This will be on the usual 3rd Wednesday – 17th November starting at 19:45. To book your seat just call me or Dave Marlow. See you there on the 17th.

Note that we get charged for no-show seats so be sure to be there.

I can thoroughly reccommend this evening, which has been a feature of my calendar for a good 5 or 6 years now despite not living anywhere near Reading! I remember one year even persuading Suzanne to join me, and despite riding to Reading from Bath in the freezing cold, she still thought it was a worthwhile trip (she might not have been quite so happy had she realised I had the heated grips switched on upfront!)
