the coolant hose flange that has no lip on the right side of the bike.
simplest fix is remove hose and drill and fit two large aluminium rivets about 15mm apart close to the end (not too close) , this then acts as a lip to stop the hose slipping when the system is pressurised and the hose becomes more flexible and soft.
This way there is still room to slip the hose on, and most importantly get the hose clip slipped around the hose again.

5 min job that might save you being stuck at the side of the road. The outlet spigot is quite thick so use a rivet with a large head not a small flimsy item.
