Melting trousers

Has anyone else had this problem? I wondered what the smell was. Gutted to find out it was caused by the bottom of my (new and expensive goretex) right trouser leg melting just by the catalyst.

What's wrong with wax cotton young man ? Atleast when they warm up you can do a quick haddock and chips on-em................

Change the exhaust for a CAT free one and the large diameted CAT wont be there to melt your trousers ... the end cans just get a bit hotter instead!

Just got my extra fitting for right footrest. I can mail pics if somebody wants.
Took about 30 min to build it by our bodywork mechanic. I hope that this will stop pants to burn to exhaust pipe.
