Hi!

Seems like it's ok to do some touring also with Corsaro. Week and a half in Germany, Netherlands (Assen TT), Denmark and Sweden. Little bit over 3000km's.

Nice trip there Janne!

I was just wondering, how did you attach the bag on the rear?

Here you can find some photos of how I mounted the bag on Corsaro.

I used two nylon quick lock straps. They go between the tail unit and silencers and cross each other below the tail (and also on top of bag...).

Tail unit paint was protected with some packing tape.

Hope this clears out the system!

Neat;

Mind, my question is how you got on the bike with all that luggage! No way are you swinging your leg over the seat!!!

Sounds like you had fun, :lol:

:D

Imagine: right leg almost horizontally in the air and jumping with one leg! That's the way to get on the bike with luggage...

I believe some other people had also some fun, not just me!

I have the Ventura system which sits high at the back, I find the best way of mounting the bike is (from the left side) to grab hold of the bars squeeze the front brake, then lean right over the bars with your chest just above the bars then lift up your right leg and swing it over, works every time for me and I dont look like i'm trying to pole vault my bike :wink:
