Subercharged Morini heading for El Mirage Tomorrow

Hello to all across the pond,

Well, the Baron is heading out in the morning at 5am to the last race weekend of 2016....

In July, the bike posted a 121.85 mph run at El Mirage which is .3 mph under the fastest run ever posted by a gasoline powered pushrod 350.

Since then, the racing gods have not been kind... A 1000 mile trip to Colorado end with day long strong headwinds that depressed speeds...

September in California had perfect conditions and a decent tailwind, but I was pulling required safety yearly "Safety Patrol" Course Worker duties...

October Meet was missed due to illness....

So, this weekend will be the last 2016 chance to break that record....and the Morini has something new to help with the attempt...
