looking for parts

Hi all,

I'm looking for a few parts for my Morini project; I thought I'd see if anyone had any of these:

- Either a black/white cable tach with chrome bezel, or a green/white speedo with black bezel. I have their complements, and I'd like a pair that matches. Ideally I'd like to work out a swap with someone but I'll buy one if I have to.

- standard handlebar clamp tops from a Strada. I'm ditching the clipons it has and refitting with Tomaselli Condor handlebars, at least if they fit OK, and never had the clamp tops...anyone have a spare set they pulled when they put clipons on their Strada?

Thanks. I'm also looking for input on a good replacement headlight; thinking about using one from a Ducati Monster, but looking at my options...any suggestions?

I have a Cibie unit in the 2C/375 which works well with an H4 bulb, but given the low output (100 watt?) alternator it can't be a high wattage one (I have converted the 250 electrics to a 12v reg/rec and battery). Even a 35 watt H4 gives better illumination than the standard set up. A 60/55 is too much for the charging system. I have a 45 watt H4 bulb I'm going to try when I have chance though I may also use LED conversion bulbs for stop, tail and indicator to reduce the load. The Cibie unit fits easily in to the 250 shell and seems to be a 6 1/4 inch or so.

The Cibie came in the non-standard headlamp of a 350 and had been cunningly padded out with rubber tubing to fit what I think is a generic 7 inch headlamp shell.

Thanks, everyone, for the tips. I used to belong to the Morini list but needed to unsubscribe for some technical reason a few years ago; I just rejoined and will post there.
As to the headlight, I should have been more clear in that I'm looking for the whole thing, shell and all and it would be nice to have an OE one as they looked good. I'll keep looking at what's available on other bikes. Thanks again for all the help.
