It's winter project time, and the wheels on my drum-braked, wire wheel Strada are being treated to rechromed rims and a rebuild. Before I get the bolt cutters at the spokes, does anyone know what (if any) offset there is on the front and rear rims? Or, can anyone explain in nice simple language what I need to measure to determine it?
