Shiny things

Post by Monstyr »

The first bit of bling arrived promptly after being ordered from Italy.

New bronze exhaust nuts, they worked out at £52 for the pair including postage.

They look good. Did you get the spanner that goes with them as well?

And how do they fit? Thinking of getting a couple myself.

I had already bought a spanner from NLM to undo the old ones, this does seem to have deformed a bit though, perhaps a bit of persuasion with a mallet will get it back to its original shape when it should fit perfectly.

I've loosely screwed them into the ports to check they fit but until I start work on the engine and clean out the threads they will just sit on the shelf.
