Engine Mounting Washers/Spacers

One for the learned or Paul.
I'm at the point of refitting the engine having had the frame newly powder coated, and before anyone asks the swing-arm spindle was a bugger to get out and even harder to get in having replaced the bushes. Perseverance got me there!
Now to my question - The engine has what I would call standard washers fitted behind the nylock nuts and the mounting plates at the front of the engine. No problem there, however there are other washer/spacers ~3mm thick can anyone enlighten me to where these should be positioned please? I forgot to take pictures of how they were prior to disassembly.
Your experience and help is always appreciated.
Thanks
Archie
PS.
Jobs completed so far.
Frame, Swing arm, Stand, Tripple tree and Lower Fork Brace - Powder Coated
New Swing arm bushes.
New Centre Stand pivot bolt and tubing, had to cut out the old one and re-weld the new tubes back into frame lugs.
New Steering Bearings.
New wheel bearings and stub axle bearings and seal.
New Morini and 3 1/2 badges.
New Handle Bars
New front Forks tubes, only found that the old tubes were banana shaped on removal and would have required straitening and re-chroming so cheaper to just buy new ones.
New stainless speedo and tacho mounting bracket incl SS bezels.
Front brake calliper overhaul kit.
Master cylinder overhaul kit.
New front brake pads
Carb overhaul kit and carbs ultrasonically cleaned.
Carb rubbers removed and descaled of rust.
Carb stubs cleaned.
Front Rocker Cover stud hole stripped thread recoiled.
New rocker cover gaskets.
New clutch actuating arm rubber.
New alternator cable seal.
New ignition rubber seal.
New Spark Plugs
Picture as I bought it.
