Hi Kelly
Have you recently replaced the timing belt? It may be aligned incorrectly i.e. the timing might be out.
Voice of experience!

First of all, check for a spark at each plug. If it sparks OK, then you are probably not looking for an ignition fault. If no spark, then read on.

If the last thing you did when it was working was to remove and replace the alternator, then that is the first place to look for a fault. In particular, check the green wire is OK and is on the correct terminal in the junction box. If the yellow or red wires are wrong, it won't prevent the engine starting, though it might prevent the battery from charging.

If all that seems to be OK, connect a volt meter to the green wire on either transducer and kick the engine over. It's difficult to read the voltage this way unless your meter has a "max hold" function, but you should see a reading of 50 volts or more, even if it's only momentary. To make this test, the ignition switch must be on and also the kill switch.

If this test is OK, check that you have put the alternator stator back in exactly the same place as before - not rotated at all. If that's OK, then something strange is going on - start looking for things like broken wires or wires accidentally in contact with the frame somewhere.

To re-state what I said to begin with, double-check the stator, because that's the only thing which has changed. Coincidences can happen, but they are rare!

Good luck!

Joe.
