Anyone know about this Sport?

I am considering another Morini, my last Morini was a Dart - which was v.nice (my second...) but middle-age and the Darts sculptured seat and my "seat" didn't really get on. 
Prior to the last Dart I had a mid 70's drm Strada. Both have, in the past, been round Cadwell on the track day.
The 'new' bike is a "1980 350 Sport"......

It's odd in that it has been or seems to have gone the reverse route from Strada->Sport, and looks or resembles a Strada.
I think the tank may be from an earlier strada; it has s/s exhausts; I believe 375cc with L5 cam; some clutch and heads overhauled......not sure what that will mean engine-wise compared to my earlier std Strada or Dart
....oh, and it's got a single disc.
Who knows - if I get this one - and the leathers can do up
- maybe this will be useful round the track this year - even with 'lardy' me on-board!
