What tyres are people using nowadays? rear tyre in particular.

For my 1976 3 1/2 Sport:
Shinko 712 Sports Touring
110/90-18 61H rear
$129 AUD

I use BT46 or Avon Roadriders.

Michelin Road Classic on 2 bikes now. Road Riders are discontinued and Bridgestone equivalents cost a lot more!

Damn it - I have roadriders on the Morini and Kawasaki KH, been using them for years on various bikes.

Guess I will have to look for something different

There is half a story that they may reappear. I have BT 46 and Avons on my road bikes and have not noticed anything untoward.
Most recently I ordered a tyre from a supplier. Paid to get it fitted however.

Used to run Shinko 712s on my 350 K2 with excellent results. Now have them on my Guzzi V65SP.
