Chain Adjustment Tool

Loosely based on the factory version shown in the owner's manual for the Super Scrambler and Milano, which isn't available from the factory.
Sure you can also tap your eccentric adjusters round with a pin punch or a screwdriver, or try to get a strap/chain wrench on them if you prefer, but this home brewed tool does the job fine
