500 Sport

I'm thinking of selling my lovely 1982 500 Sport

I've owned her for over 6 years, but last year I bought a second v twin [a Buell] and my Sport hasn't got out much since!

There are 2 pictures in the 'gallery' tab on this site [scroll down to the bottom]
£1850 ono. with 12 months MOT

the Isle of Wight isnt really that far away!

Really nice bike, but yes location prob putting alot of folk off, I wouldnt entertain, buying from that far. :cry:

it is really only a short ferry journey, a few miles south of Portsmouth, Southampton or Lymington! :oops:
Where abouts are you, toots, that you consider it too far?

I'm Nottingham east midlands, 3/4 hours to Portsmouth, let alone IOW, I'd travel an hour to look at a bike, never any further, I've been let down far to many times over the years. :roll:

Do you have any more photos or details or history of the bike?
I live in devon , so the IoW is not that far.

I can only see the one photo on the thread and would be interested in seeing a bit more.

Have you done any work on the bike and if so, what's been done please?
Is there anything that you know needs sorting?

Is it MoT'd?
