instrument/warning light holder

Hi

Has anyone got a spare instrument holder for Morini 3 1/2? The triangular-shaped panel with holes for the warning lights is what I'm after but they're hard to find! Its the last piece needed for my rebuilt sport and desperate to get it on the road for this summer!
