A strange request, but I am about to set up my valve timing having removed the bottom sprocket. I have a new belt, but it is very tight to get on and off. As I want to ensure the valve timing is correct, I will probably need to remove the belt a few times.

I will of course cover postage.

Put he belt on the sprocket as far as you can, 5 mm will do. Then turn the crank several turns with the nut on and a wrench pressing a bit on the belt. It will move to it`s place

Thank you, but I want to be able to easily remove the belt several times to set up the valve timing, and ensure that the woodruff key goes into the correct slot. Thanks for the tip, I will use that when I come to put the new belt on when everything is set up.

All sorted, no longer needed. I used the old cut belt as a tool similar to the Blue Book, as the teeth were the correct pitch.
