New York Idiot Lights parts

Hey there,
I am looking for a couple of parts to restore the NY idiot lights. The previous owner has fairly butchered all the electics and replaced the real cockpit with three LEDs on a steel plate, which do not even work ! This means that three of the lights are missing. I am short of number 16 and 18 on the attached diagram. Mdina chums listed them but ultimetely they were not actually available.
From the parts book
16 is a Support 036138820
18 is Warning lights holder 15.03.49 This may be used on other models.
I am also short of 26 Section 14.08.54 I think it's a rubbery anti-vibe thing, I can likely fashion one from EPDM so less vital.
Happy to take the whole cockpit assembly if someone has it.
Excalibur parts, appear to be different.
