Which cambelt should i order from Mdina please B or C?

Or even A? Your camshaft pulley should be marked with A B or C, they can be a bit faint or even covered in muck.

Are they different sizes then?

Yes the are. A the smalest, B the norm, C a bit larger. If there is no letter stemped (oler ones), it´s a B.
