83 Sport 3 1/2 troubles

Took the chance for a quick ride out on the Sport Today while the weather was still dry and to see what it ran like with the new to me full Stainless exhaust system.
Met up with my pal at a cafe about 5 mile from me and the first problem arose, the indicator switchgear fell apart, the switch some how went past it’s normal position stopping it returning back to centre, decided to carry on with hand signals for Today.
after about 20 mile my pal pulled over to tell me he was cold and ask how it’s going it was then I looked down to see my freshly shot blasted zinc primed and powder coated exhaust shield had decided to unattached itself even after nipping the bolts up this morning, we went back the same way and also in a car later on but no sign of it, on the plus side bike went well better than I expected with the new exhaust.
If anybody has these parts for an 83 3 1/2 sport they want to sell I might be interested and will drop an add in the wanted section.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. The advice around exhausts is nipping up when hot so do that when you refit the heat shield. I caught mine one screw out last month so hope you find it!
I always look on Italian eBay so maybe there's a switch there if you can't find one in the UK.
