Please can you help me track down details of the 250 V-twin off-road model?

Post by julianharty »

Some of you might know I'm keen to try creating a green-lane edition of the 250 2C v-twin model. I have a spare 250 2C, a 21" wire wheel from a Honda CR250 that fits the standard forks, and a wire rear wheel from an early 125 H.

Anyway, I gather Morini might have announced and even displayed a 250 V-twin model that didn't make it into production. If anyone has any information I'd appreciate it as it'd be great to incorporate their design into my project.

I have looking into the practical details of converting a KJ125 by fitting the 250 v-twin engine, etc. in to the rolling chassis. If I had a KJ125 I'd be able to make more progress with this. From what I can tell by looking at the 125H frame (which I do have), various modifications would be needed to simply get the rear cylinder to fit into the frame.

And if anyone has a spare KJ 125 please let me know :)
