500 seat height.

Post by caddy4037 »

Good morning all.

BAck home from our first AGM and rally at Taunton.
We both enjoyed the weekend despite the weather and would like to thank all the folks we met for their warm welcome.

I've decided that I'd like to buy a late 500 Morini to accompany my 1974 3 1/2.

Not sure about the seat height, is it similar to the 3 1/2 ?as I flat foot easily enough on that.

Thanks, Frank.

Hi the 500 is slightly longer but there is no real difference in seat height.

Cheers, thanks John..

Thanks for your reply.

The longer seat will suit us as Christine pillions with me.

Regards, Frank.

For some reason all my bike seats seem much smaller than in my youth ?

Not to mention trying to get out of my brother in law’s MGC with a modicum of elegance.
