Meet the new bike, same as the old bike.

Post by Daddy Dom »

Good day, ciao, etc., to you fellow Morinisti.

Avid forum readers may remember this episode in which my K1 suffered a great indignity. Or not.

There were many comments, some helpful and others equalling "it's only a flesh wound" but here we are almost three years later and my ex-bike is now my new bike.
To paraphrase Paul C, you will either own many Moto Morini or just the one forever. Make that twice.

I have been maintaining my MRC membership and keeping my eye on our forum, noticing a few subtle changes here and there to our wonderful world.
The bike is freshly re-certified and roadworthy but there are some things that need attending to. I look forward to asking off-piste questions and receiving considered replies from wise heads all over the world.

It's good to be back.

Good to hear you are making progress. My K1 and the other two are confined to barracks as it is the rainy season Fortunately I live on a hill.
