501 intake rubbers carb to head

The intake rubbers on my NY are stamped MM32. Are these correct for a 501? Any advice welcome.

Yes MM 32 is correct. They are not the same as the 500 ones.

The inlet tubes of the heads have another diameter. The carb side should be the same (I guess, beeing PHBH the 26/500 and 28/501).
With force you can mount a 500 inlet rubber, but I wouldn't do that.
