Electric Start

Hello , Can anyone advise when electric start was introduced on the 350 Sport. Regards

Some would say electric start was never added, just ballast..

can be fitted to earlier engines too... you just need the electrical start assy including left motor cover and a stator with the dish on it....

The "modern" Motor cases have two bores as the motor covers to center the cover with little tubes (threre are forces working). I´d suggest to make that bores in the cases to fit the starter well, if you put it on an older motor.
