Rev counter has some white dots under the glass, don't know if there is a way to clean this from the inside? Tacho has a little dent on the rim. Plastic console a crack behind, see photo 3. Rest good!

No it's a mechanical, only early Morini V-twins had the electronic one.
Postage is 13 euro's with track and trace.
