does any one know of a disc lock or similar small lock that works with the original sport disc?
thanks - Duncan
locking it
Duncan,
I haven't found a disc lock (as they mostly need a good hole or cutaway in the disc) but I use an 'old fashioned' U lock through the spokes.
The trick I found is that with models before, I think, K2s this can be stored in the front engine plates. Originally I use an old handlebar grip stuffed through the holes then I switched to rubber hose held in place with cable ties so it wouldn't slip out. On the downtubes I used more rubber hose (held with cable ties). The lock stores without rattling or fretting the paint work when you're riding and is easily accessible when you park. It works for me,
Jem
